So is it official? Is it just Royce or all of Slaughterhouse? If Slaughterhouse really signed to Shady that is dumb as hell. If someone can name me 1 artist that Shady Records has developed and released that has popped off with any commercial or career viability (not counting 50 Cent who was developed by IAG) I’ll paypal you 20.00 right now.

Attempting to leech off Em’s fanbase for a profitable and long term mainstream career  has gone well for the likes of the entire roster over the years nobody. Joey, Joell, and Crooked I must be a small price to pay for what Shady fans really want.. Bad Meets Evil 2. Do a collab guys, not a contract. I want to hear that music too, but not all money is good money.    Hope this isn’t true.

  1. Obie Trice “Cheers” went platinum didn’t it?

  2. Well Obie did go platinum.. and you have to realize Em was on heavy drugs so maybe things will be different this time..

  3. Where is Obie now? Once Em left center stage he exited stage left. Platinum isnt commercial or career viability. D12 went platinum too but none of them have a name of their own that stands apart from Eminem’s or any type of career without him. Slaughterhouse does, they have a fan base, they are talented and they make great music without needing Eminem. In that time period I could have gone platinum just off the affiliation, that doesnt give me my own career it makes my career dependent upon Em’s success and what Em is doing.

Em being on drugs at the time has nothing to do with it if you are a real record label unless your career is dependent on his.
