On Tuesday, Lloyd made a quick stop to the Big Apple to work on some material at an undisclosed location. A buddy of mine who wa with Lloyd the entire day attempted to set up some talk time with former Murder Inc crooner, but due to my laptop getting repaired for the 57766765756th time in less than 5 months, I had to tend to that instead of chopping it up with Young Lloyd.
I wanted to sit down with the big homey and specifically ask what his next move would be since he’s been pretty mute about his next recording home ever since severing ties with Murder Inc. I was informed he would be in the studio for a certain amount of time, but of course my crippled computer put a wrench in all my plans throughout the day.
I asked if I could trek down to the studio he was recording in, but Lloyd and his people wanted to keep the session extremely private for whatever reason. I understood. The day went on and Lloyd left town. I received a phone call today and was sent the above photo 10 minutes later. Not saying Lloyd is going holding court with The Roc, but I’m sure Mr. Carter and Lloyd weren’t in the same place by coincidence. You do the math.
Lloyd with The Roc??? Lloyd with Young Money???
Thoughts?????
