And ANOTHER one. But, this is one is special. I’m sure you’re aware of the back story for this offering but if you’re not, click here. Ok, so I remember being in the studio with Team Budden and having a debate on whether not or not Joe should go last. Joe argued due to how Royce’s verse was structured, it was almost obvious he needed to go last. That didn’t matter to me. He also was hesitant to be paired next to Royce seeing how it would remind the masses of a Slaughterhouse cut instead. I again disagreed somewhat.

Anyway, the track has finally arrived via DJ Envy so let the debate begin. Did Fabolous choke? Was Banks’ verse the best? Was Joe correct in positioning himself second? Did Royce steal the show???

I have observed that over the course of creating a relationship with real estate homeowners, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in most real estate financial transaction, a commission rate is paid. Ultimately, FSBO sellers will not “save” the commission rate. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by simply doing a strong agent’s work. In completing this task, they spend their money along with time to carry out, as best they might, the tasks of an agent. Those obligations include displaying the home by marketing, presenting the home to all buyers, constructing a sense of buyer desperation in order to make prompt an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, managing qualification check ups with the financial institution, supervising maintenance, and aiding the closing of the deal.
