Big Sean hit NYU on Friday night to perform a slew of hits primarily from his Finally Famous Vol.3 offering. Though the venue wasn’t packed, those that WERE in attendance, and it was a handful of folks, knew Sean’s lyrics line for line. Regardless of the head count, Sean put on for the University like it was his last chance to prove why he belonged with rap’s elite.

Ok, so I remember being in the studio with Team Budden and having a debate on whether not or not Joe should go last. Joe argued due to how Royce’s verse was structured, it was almost obvious he needed to go last. That didn’t matter to me. He also was hesitant to be paired next to Royce seeing how it would remind the masses of a Slaughterhouse cut instead. I again disagreed somewhat.
