The homey Trae The Truth just unleashed the line up for his Street King album release party on June 28th at The House of Blues in Houston Pavilions starting at 8pm. Your eyes read right, Jadakiss, Waka Flocka, Lupe Fiasco & Young Joc will ALL be in the building for the special night. And you might even catch my ass out there.

Yesterday we saw Jeezy, Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes, Fabolous, Red Cafe, Omarion & DJ Envy tear through the clubs of Miami and today, for the close out, we have Diddy, Too Short, Trey Songz, Bow Wow, Chris Brown, Ludacris and DJ Prostyle turning Club Play, Dream Nightclub & Cameo Nightclub upside down for their own Memorial Day festivities. Happy Memorial Day ladies and gents.

I told you, there are some days where I fish through my email and stumble across random talent. Today was one of those days. Meet L.A., a recent Weslyean University graduate who hails from Brooklyn NY. L.A. not only held her own on a male dominated mixtape titled We Got Bars Vol.1 in May 2010, but also produced, wrote and starred in her first stage production The Memoirs of Hip Hop last year.
The production sold out three nights in a row at the 92 Theater in Middletown, CT. She’s currently working on her new mixtape The LA Riots. Enough chatter, let’s get to the music. Today’s track is called “Spitting Out Blood.”

Kast One played this yesterday on HOT 97 and got his head chewed off for doing so lol. However, the powers that be unleash the full CDQ version of the track. Cold Corner 2 coming soon. Yeah, Loso got off lol.

Since Sherbert has been lowkey (sort of) for the past couple months, the Toronto titan figured Memorial Day Weekend would be the best time to resurface and get a feel for what the folks are digging in the clubs and in the streets as he puts the finishing touches on his sophomore effort Take Care. Not a bad idea, Aubrey. DJ Franzen snapped a twitpic of Sherbert and Wayne tearing down the Rehab stage in Las Vegas earlier today
By the sounds of it, Dorrough is pretty confident that Dallas Mavs won’t break a sweat knocking off the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals. The Dallas native reworked his current single and lobbed this attempt of a home court anthem to the masses. Check it out.

First The Dream and now R.Kelly has taken Ms. Rowland’s “Motivation” single hostage. This surfaced a couple days back with tags on it, but here’s the tagless. Boom Boom Boom…that made me chuckle a tad lol.

What do we have here? Some new Jermaine? Hmm, well according to RapDose.com, this will appear on a mixtape called We Got A Buzz Now. Not sure who’s behind the tape, but they got ahold of some exclusive Cole material. Could this live on his highly anticipated project? Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
