Malice Listening Event from Upinthemix.net on Vimeo.
This community outreach event served many purposes, as the teens in attendance not only listened to the wisdom that Malice was dropping, but also had an opportunity to spit in a cypher mixed by DJ Rick Geez, sit back, critique and break down the lyrics to classic hip hop verses, as Malice helped them understand the meaning(s) of the selected rhymes. After the group activities, the teens engaged in a Q & A session with him in regards to his new book, which is available now entitled “Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind & Naked”, as he also shed light on his industry related and life changing stories in addition to other key facts that made him who he is today. Special thanks to Malice, DJ Rick Geez and Jonathan “Luke” Brabham.

I had the extreme pleasure in hearing this last week during his listening session out in L.A. and I must say the shit knocked, even though I was under the heavy influence of some tastey vodka. I digress.
