Last night Joe Budden spoke with Allhiphop about releasing his Feature Presentation mixtape and how he has now changed his mind in releasing the project due to time restrictions and zero patience on waiting for “feature” verses. However, Joe did mention the verses that were sent in are going to see the light of day.

I may rag on Sherbert a lot, but stuff like this is pretty awesome. Drake, who is out in Cali right now, stopped by The Saddle Ranch Restaurant in West Hollywood where a fan of his performed Rihanna’s single “What’s My Name.” Unexpectedly, the Grammy nominated artist took his cool off and joined in on the festivities. Pretty cool. Side note: Hey Sherbert, you ARE going to respond to the shots hitting you in every direction, right? RIGHT!?!?! Take Care in stores, now!

Robin Thicke sat down with The Juice over at Billboard and broke down the creation behind his latest release Love After War. Not only is there a different sound to the project, but mentally the soul singer was in different space due to the birth of his first child with Paula Patton (lucky son of a bitch). Love After War is in stores now.

Says Thelonious,
-I vowed to never drop another beat, but even Michael Jordan came back to the NBA twice. I took some time off to work on upcoming projects with DJ RTC, Vic Mensa, and Action Bronson so 2012 is looking up. Yet, before the year is up I wanted to give a preview of what’s to come. DMNDS includes a few remixes showcasing the talents of the New Jersey crew Tastemakers NJ, and a few unreleased beats. The last beat tape I released ( [Super] ) was in July, and it’s been far too long. So enjoy this small EP with your holiday leftovers and eggnog.
Ya’ll know how things go when I let these beat tapes rip. I’ve posted some work from the homey Thelonious before, and today we have a new project from the big homey. This is his first beat tape release since July so pay attention to the bangers on this joint. Like always, I’ll post my favorite from the project and if you’re digging it, lift the hood and download the entire tape. Ready? GO!
