Yes I was nervous, but I handled my own. I had alot more to say but I also like to listen and observe the OGs. Sway kept fucking with me on the low, but it made me relax a little more. I don’t even like Mac Miller, but what he got 3 seconds of conversation on RapFix and not even a word on the hottest mc show. not a picture in all those montages. you just have to respect his grind, and also number 1 album under an indie label. he sold out EVERY SHOW on his tours. the artists from 10 to 6 can’t say that and they play the same size venues. so i think it is total bullshit that he was left off. On top of my previous comment. Kanye should definitely be #1. Kanye had the fashion show, he had DONDA, he had the Runaway film, he had MBDTF, he had GOOD Fridays (not that it was 2011 but the fact that he got other artists to copy him), he had WTT and now the hype of the tour still continuing and then some…his mysterious is pushing his fan base even more so than others because we don’t know what to expect. At the end of the day… 4 Grammy’s don’t hurt either.
I agree with more of your list than I did the MTV List. Kendrick Lamar def deserves a spit on the list though.
#2 Drake really wtf happened to hiphop.. no disrespect i like the dudes swag and he sells albums but lets give him a little more time on the scene before we put him at #2..
Im speachless that there even is a list of top 10 mcees…longevity Jada or Styles P should on there whats up Busta Jay Z shouldn’t even be on that list real talk Nas or Common and 4real Sean P gets no love c’mon son Reakwon went in this year too Kendrick Lamar got one of the hottest underground album out this year…Wale. Meek. and Ross should be on that list MMG other then that its all corperate…look at the relationship on that MTV list
