While I spent two weeks soaking up the NYC life, the Beer Fest was happening in Houston. Although Rick Ross was a no show, which seems to be an ongoing trend these days, one of my favorite photographers Greg Noire captured some cool shots of other fest headliners Action Bronson and Juicy J. Check out this short, exclusive photo recap of the Houston Beer Fest through the lens of Greg Noire.
Danity Kane landed their sold out No Filter tour in New York City last night. I was on hand getting my life as DK4 went through their fan favorite hits “Damaged,” “Sleep On It,” and “Poetry” before introducing themselves as a trio. Dawn, Aubrey and Shannon will continue as DK3 while Aundrea will be getting married soon with a baby on the way. Peep video of the trio performing their latest single “Lemonade” and a short photo recap.
Since I couldn’t be on hand to see Wiz Khalifa and Snoop entertain NYC. Or watch Action Bronson romp through the first 10 rows of METLife Stadium. Or watch Drake and Wayne feed off each other’s energy for “Believe Me.” Or watch Nas sip Henny and forget his lyrics to some of his classic tunes. Or witness Troy Ave officially introduce himself to hip-hop. Or drool over Nicki’s underboob. Or watch 50 Cent and The Mighty Mighty Unit reunite to claim their spot on hip-hop’s totem pole…I sent my lil bro, The Flash and Queen Bobbi to do all that FOR me. Enjoy these exclusive pics courtesy of Mr. Estime.
Young Thug didn’t make the XXL Freshman list but the ATL rapper did manage to grace the cover of Complex’s June/July issue.
