Those who are glued to their Twitter timeline’s you might of read that Nipsey & Slime were in the lab together not long ago. When I read the two were working on something new I was pretty excited to see what the outcome would be, when I heard Cardiak had supplied the production the excitement levels shot up a lil. I’m sure I heard this instrumental before tho, oh well. The outcome is this, I am not mad at all. Nipsey is certainly in grind mode.

Although Nipsey is a bit late going in over “I’m On One” instrumental, you can’t deny he done his thing. We have had alot of freestyles over this instrumental, damn near everybody went over this last year but Nipsey flipped it up abit, it’s not just bars he even adds his own hook, he makes this feel like his track. I AM NOT MAD! Him linking up with DJ Skee is looking like a good move, what’s next I wonder?

Nipsey Hussle & Blanco will be teaming up to release a collaborative LP titled “Raw” which will hit shelves on April 17th. The entire LP will be produced by Cookin’ Soul. Here goes the official video for the lead single, “L.A. Confidential”. That beat is too dope.
So the MMG rumours have gone to bed now as Nipsey joined DJ Skee on his Sirius radio show where the duo announced the news

“The separation between artists and their labels is the reason a lot of things don’t work. When people get together and pull resources, it makes it better for everybody. It’s 2012 and we saw the artists that have been successful recently- most of them built up their Internet base ahead of time and took advantage of the Internet and the new media and so, I think that what you’ve got going, Skee, is the perfect platform for artists like myself.”
Nips remixes Snoop & Wiz Khalifa’s cut of the same name which lived on their collaborative “Mac + Devin Go To High School” soundtrack album.
